Welcome back Raymond Carter

If running with the ones and the twos is any indication of how you are doing then Raymond Carter is doing something right. Somewhat a forgotten man among fans, Carter is opening up eyes thus far this spring and is doing everything he can to hold off a talented group of young backs. BruinBlitz.com Caught up with Carter recently to get his thoughts.

BruinBlitz.com: Raymond, you knew what you had to do coming into spring ball. How do you feel you are doing?

Carter: "I feel like I'm doing okay. I still have a lot of stuff to work on as far as my pass blocking and making all the good reads, but I feel better than ever. I said that last year, but I feel more confident in myself, for sure this time and I feel like I am back to full speed where I was when I first came here. I'm feeling good."

BruinBlitz.com: You do look like you have your speed back. How does your knee feel?

Carter: " My knee feels fine. There is nothing bothering me at all. I'm making hard cuts, plants and everything on it and nothing is bothering me. My knee is just as strong as it was when I first arrived here."

BruinBlitz.com: How do you think the offense is doing so far?

Carter: "The offense is doing great. We still have room for improvement. We have a lot of stuff to work on and once we execute on all the right things then we can be unstoppable."
