MADISON, Wis. - Wisconsin defensive line coach, and Florida native Charlie Partridge successfully recruited another player from his home state when two-star defensive tackle Conor O'Neal committed to play for the Badgers in 2009.
BadgerBlitz.com confirmed reports that surfaced earlier in the day and acknowledges O'Neal as the Badgers 19th verbal commitment just weeks away from national signing day.
Standing six-foot-three and weighing in at 295 pounds, O'Neal will join fellow recruit Jordan Kohout at the defensive tackle position.
The Lithia (Florida) high school product also received offers from Boston College, N.C. State, Buffalo, Georgia Southern and Michigan State.
