Junior LB gearing up for recruitment
Dallas Skyline linebacker Dominique Patterson is a member of one of the most talented junior classes in the state. The 6-foot, 205-pound Patterson and his teammates helped lead Skyline to the Region II semifinals where their season ended with a loss to Round Rock Stony Point.
Skyline's defense finished second among all Class 5A schools in the Metroplex by allowing just 221.2 yards per game and pitched five shutouts in the process. Now, Skyline's class of 2010 is getting ready for its most ambitious project yet, a run to a Class 5A state championship.
The No. 58 player in the AggieYell.com Texas Top 100 is gearing up for recruiting now that his junior season has ended. Patterson has a scholarship offer from Texas A&M and is gaining significant interest from Texas Tech, Alabama, Iowa, Oklahoma, Texas, Notre Dame, Nebraska, Kansas and Kansas State.
