McAfee more than a PAT kicker

WVSports.com MORGANTOWN-In some ways, you could say that last Thursday's heart-wrenching overtime loss to Cincinnati proved vindicating for Pat McAfee.
"Yeah, I think you could," said Mac's former holder, George Shehl (2005).
For a guy who may be West Virginia's most productive kicker-punter ever, you would think there would be little to prove for a senior who--with a maximum four games left in his WVU career--has done just about everything.
He owns the second longest consecutive PAT (106 and counting) mark in the Big East; prior to Cincinnati, he had made the fifth most NCAA field goals (50) among active booters; and, as an All-Big East punter, he is the leader of a special teams unit which is among the best in that category in the land.
