Chris Williams has emerged as one of the best linebackers in the state of Texas after leading Abilene deep into the Texas state playoffs last year and winning the AP 2007 5A Defensive Player of the Year. Still, with all the success come new problems for the 6-foot-0, 230-pound linebacker.

Williams has over 10 offers and one of the schools recruiting him is Kansas.
