Lilly hit the road and headed north
Who could Georgia's top target at tight end be in 2009? They have only offered two, so who received the first visit from UGA tight ends coach John Lilly on Monday? It was Arthur Fontaine, UGA along with three other schools visited Dartmouth.
"I had three schools visit me on Monday," Fontaine. "Maryland's Coach Kevin Lempa was there first thing around 8am, then Rugters came about mid day, and Coach John Lilly from Georgia was there at the end of the day."
"The coaches hung out as long as they could, and it was nice to have them at the school visiting me."
The University of Georgia just hit the road this week, so Fontaine was the first tight end they visited, so that made him feel important.
"Them coming up to see me on the first day really stands out to me a lot. It really lets me know that they are very interested in me, and it makes me feel like I am their number one target at tight end."
