This past weekend was a busy one for Norwin wide receiver Mike Shanahan (6' 5" 200). On Friday night he helped the Knights win their first WPIAL playoff football game since 1999 when they beat Woodland Hills 29-14, and on Saturday he attended Pitt's football game with Syracuse at Heinz Field.

Pittsburgh and West Virginia are showing the most interest while Penn State has also been in contact.
