Four-star standout still open-minded

Panther-lair.com Altoona, Pa., athlete A.J. Alexander committed to Florida State in May, but then re-opened his recruitment a couple months later. Since then, he hasn't taken any long trips, only to the two schools closest to his home. He was at Penn State's 31-10 victory over Notre Dame earlier this month, and took another visit to Pittsburgh this past weekend to watch the Panthers play Connecticut.
Rivals.com has Alexander ranked as the No. 9 prospect in the state of Pennsylvania and the No. 17 prospect nationally in the Athlete category.
