Cyclones likely to get Gooden visit
After a full summer to sit and think about their recruitment, college football prospects in the class of 2008 now head into their final high school season and the attention turns toward leaving the prep ranks on a high note. That is the case for Pflugerville (Tex.) safety Zaviar Gooden, but the 6-2, 195-pound prospect also managed to get some recruiting work done over the summer.
The biggest accomplishment Gooden was able to make over the summer before turning his attention to his senior season was to focus in on the schools that interest him the most.
Gooden is considering Oklahoma State, Missouri, Iowa State, Stanford, Texas Tech and Purdue.
