Talk of a possible drop off in talent on Nebraska's defensive line in 2007 is nothing more than a source of motivation for Shukree Barfield.

The 6-4, 310-pound transfer from Garden City (Kan.) Community College said he's heard all of the questions and concerns about NU's front four heading into the 2007 season, but he's confident the D-line will surprise some people when the Huskers open non-conference play next month at home against Nevada.
