GoldenBearReport.com After a passing on Northwest prospects in the 2007 recruiting class, the Cal football program appears poised to make big strides in 2008. In 2005 and 2006, Cal landed Top 3 in-state prospects like Washington's Anthony Felder and Oregon's Kevin Riley - two promising young Bears - respectively. Can Cal fans expect more lumber from the Northwest?
You better believe it.
At the top of the heap is Redmond (Wash.) three-star defensive tackle Trevor Guyton. A 6-foot-4, 280-pound prospect that is sure to be one of Washington's top rated recruits in the 2008 class has already formed a bond with California defensive line coach Ken Delgado.
