After the Penn State NIKE Camp, Woodbridge, Va., wide receiver/athlete Morgan Carter enjoyed some down time. Now, the 6-foot-3, 197-pounder is set to begin a summer filled with camp visits in an effort to add to his list of four scholarship offers.

Carter plans to hit the schools on his offer list - Rutgers, Connecticut, Michigan State and Temple - as well as several other schools that have shown interest.
