It's been a good spring for Kingsport (Tenn.) Sullivan South quarterback Curt Phillips. Just a few weeks ago he was still looking for his first offer.

Now, the strong armed signal caller has five offers on the table, and Monday he took visits to Duke and East Carolina to learn more about two of those five options.

While at Duke, Phillips got good opportunities to learn about the program not just from the coaching staff but from a pair of quarterbacks already on the team.
