While Texas Tech has had some impressive camp performances over the last few years, none surpasses that of the one turned in on Saturday by 2008 verbal Joey Fowler.

The defensive end from Oklahoma City was the talk of the camp from the moment he walked in the doors, as word of his impressive, bulked-up physique spread quickly.

When he wasn't working out, Fowler could be seen on the sidelines with future teammates Seth Doege and Ryan Haliburton.

While Fowler, who recently picked up an offer from New Mexico, certainly enjoyed hanging out with his position coaches and future teammates, he also enjoyed his time with head coach Mike Leach.
