Woodbridge [Va.] C.D. Hylton athlete Morgan Carter got his name out to college coaches with his wide receiver MVP performance at the Elite College Combine in New Jersey, and then solidified himself as a top prospect with a stellar performance at the State College Nike Camp the following week.

Since then the 6-foot-4, 206-pound Carter has downplayed his recruitment, instead opting to focus on track, where he will compete in the high jump and discus at a regional meet today.
