Georgia offers and now leads for Avery

UGASports.com For the first time in his life, Xavier Avery visited the University of Georgia football facilities on Saturday. The Bulldogs recently offered Avery, so he decided to visit the home-state program to see what they had to offer. He has been to Athens before for baseball, but never for football.
"I did go over to Georgia for G-Day on Saturday," Avery said. "It was a real good experience and I liked it a lot. I had never seen the Georgia stadium, their facilities, or anything like that, so it was great."
"Their stadium is very big and it holds a lot of fans. It was loud in there Saturday and it wasn't even half full for their scrimmage. I can tell Georgia has great fans. Their coaches were really great too.
