Arizona landed one of its biggest defensive tackle prospects ever when 6-foot-1, 280-pound Kahuku (Hawaii) star Kaniela Tuipulotu verbaled to the UA on Thursday morning.

Tuipulotu, rated as the state's top prospect, had offers from schools such as Tennessee, Oregon State, Boise State, BYU, Hawaii and Utah. However, a talk with lead recruiter Mike Tuiasosopo was enough to push Tuipulotu over the edge and make a commitment to Arizona.
