Dwyer feels a bond with GT
Jonathan Dwyer won't officially enroll at Georgia Tech until later this summer, but he already feels like he's part of the team. The four-star running back from Kell High School in Marietta says he felt the love during his December official visit and he can't wait to put on the White & Gold next season.
Djay Jones and Calvin Johnson served as Dwyer's player hosts that weekend. He instantly felt a bond with Tech's current players and he says they made an extra effort to get to know him and the other commitments who were on the trip.
Dwyer said perhaps the most memorable part of the visit came on that Saturday night. The visitors, coaches and hosts went to dinner at the Capital Grille, a swanky fine dining restaurant in Buckhead.
Dwyer was one of 10 prior commitments visiting Tech during the Dec. 8 weekend.
