When Art Kehoe met with Bradley Sowell he told the offensive line recruit that he liked his athletic ability. Still, a complement like that will never make Sowell complacent.

Sowell, who committed to the Rebels almost a month ago has shed 18 pounds with the help of a personal trainer.

Frink has yet to commit anywhere, but Sowell did say "he would probably room with Frink," which could be a good sign to him leaning towards Ole Miss.
