One of the early junior in-state wide receiver targets for the Oklahoma State coaching staff is definitely Muskogee High School's Jameel Owens. The standout pass-catcher has excellent hands along with solid size and ball skills which have already led to several schools providing him with scholarship offers.

Owens has offers from Kansas, Missouri, Nebraska, Oklahoma, Oklahoma State, Texas Tech, Tulsa, and Arkansas.
