Havelock (N.C.) safety/linebacker Bruce Carter has been cooling his heels the past several months, rehabilitating his surgically-repaired knee while waiting for his arrival on the UNC campus. Carter will not have to wait much longer, as he is expected to arrive in Chapel Hill in early January.
