Hines anticipates the Big Game
Michigan and Ohio State have gone head-to-head for Cleveland (Ohio) Glenville prospects multiple times in the past few years, with the Buckeyes holding a decided advantage in the number of victories in the recruiting war. On Saturday, Glenville linebacker Jermale Hines will see these two schools go at it on the field and both reside in his top five.
With the 6-1, 200-pound Hines, the No. 9 outside linebacker in the nation, Michigan holds one advantage at this stage of his recruitment - they have offered the four-star prospect while the Buckeyes have not. Even if Ohio State offers, however, it may not propel them to the top of his list. Hines has been at several games in Columbus this fall and talks with the Buckeye coaches frequently, but the conversation rarely involves offer talk.
