There was a lot of stuff to report after the AM practice. Probably the most important bit of news is Coach Karl Dorrell named his starting quarterback. There were also a couple of positions changes due to injuries. Dorrell met with the media after practice and let his decisions known.

Dorrell: "We had some sore tired bodies today. You can tell. After a 129 plays in the scrimmage they are still recovering from that.

"We made some changes in what we're doing in terms of the direction we are going.
