Hopatcong's Joe Martinek is not only one of New Jersey's best football players, but he is also one of the state's top all-around athletes. The track/football star is on-track to become New Jersey's all-time leading rusher this year, which is an impressive feat considering the wealth of talent produced by the state over the years.

Martinek is attracting Division I-A attention, including offers from Rutgers, Vanderbilt, and Florida International.

Among those that are hoping to see Martinek in camp are Connecticut, Boston College, and Penn State.
