It was a record-setting day on the track for Oskaloosa (Iowa) athlete Tyler Sash. He broke a decades-old school record in Class 4-A district competition and now moves on to the state meet this weekend in Des Moines. Sash has picked up a basketball scholarship offer recently, too, while holding onto his lone football offer from Iowa State.

The 6-foot-1, 190-pound Sash ran a 10.65 100-meter dash on a cool day Saturday in Ankeny, breaking a long-standing Oskaloosa school record.

Sash is planning to camp at Iowa State and Iowa and perhaps Kansas this summer. He's not participating in any talent combines this spring.
