Superstar lineman ends combine tour
It was a combine tour that took him all the way out to Texas (Army All American Combine), then back east to Randolph (Elite), Penn State (Nike) and Rutgers (SAA, Nike), and at the end of the line one thing was clear: Anthony Davis is one of the top linemen in the country.
With the combines behind him, Davis can turn his attention towards the new season, as well as the decision that he will have to make on Signing Day. One major hurdle has already been jumped, the SAT, and the next hurdle for the gigantic 16-year-old is sifting through the over 40 official offers that he holds at this time. He had a bit of company at school lately to try and tilt the scale in their favor.
Michigan State, Iowa, Virginia and USC visited his school recently and Rutgers are still receiving consideration.
