Coming off a 5-4 season, Kevin Frahm and his Portland (Ore.) Central Catholic squad are looking to ring some bells. Frahm is a 6-foot-2, 226-pound defensive end, and is coming off an impressive junior season in which he registered 84 tackles, 41 solo, 9 tackles for loss, four sacks, two forced fumbles, and two fumbles recovered. Both Oregon and Oregon State are hot on his tail.
