Bayonne (N.J.) LB Jerome Hayes arrived in Miami on Thursday for a four-day stay with friends of his mother.

And he visited UM's campus unofficially on Friday and met with coaches (Hayes said he didn't meet any members of the team because they were given time off from workouts before fall practice begins).
