Johnson a key late pickup for Nebraska
The Nebraska coaching staff had more than one recruiting battle that lasted until the last couple of days in this past cycle, and one of the key battles they were able to win was gaining the commitment of offensive lineman Dwayne Johnson out of Houston (Texas) Bellaire.
The athletic 6-foot-6, 275-pound prospect had originally committed to Purdue in the earlier stages of the recruiting stages, but in the end his decision came down to two schools: Arkansas and Nebraska.
