Not that long ago, three-star offensive tackle Andrew Jelks of Paris (Tenn.) Henry County thought he'd make a commitment by the end of July.

Now, he has a new plan.

"I hoping [to have a decision by] late August or early September," Jelks told Rivals.com on Tuesday morning. But if I'm still not 100 percent, I may have to take more time. I wanted to make [a commitment] in July. I'm just not ready yet. I don't know everything I need to know about each school."
