What to watch for in the spring game No. 1 - Newcomers
Last spring, Florida State drew an estimated crowd of 51,000 to the annual Garnet and Gold game. Head coach Jimbo Fisher and the Seminoles are hoping for a similar turnout in 2011. Whether you are at Doak Campbell Stadium for the game or watching it on ESPN3 (or ESPNU on tape delay) there are some key things to watch for that could impact the Seminoles when the 2011 season starts up in September.

1. The big three newcomers - Jacob Fahrenkrug, Tank Carradine and Devonta Freeman
Three of the players generating the most buzz at Florida State this spring haven't worn a uniform in a real game yet. Highly-touted junior college transfers Jacob Fahrenkrug and Cornellius Carradine, and true freshman running back Devonta Freeman were among eight early enrollees that joined the team in January.
