Notre Dame knew how to make a second impression on Mark Harrell. The 6-foot-5, 260-pound offensive tackle from Charlotte, N.C., trekked to South Bend on Friday for another look at the Irish following a junior day stop last month. This was the first time Harrell saw the program with a full invitation to join it, which changed up the perspective of this fast-rising lineman.
