Florida has produced a lot of talent over the last few years and one of the best for 2011 is Jerrard Randall from Chaminade Madonna Preparatory School. Several schools have been making major plays for Randall and Georgia Tech is trying to make a late push for one of fastest dual threat quarterbacks in the county, but is it too late?
