Offense shows its stuff
The offense had their best day on Spaulding in a very long time. Maybe since Maurice Jones-Drew was running through the defense. There were holes made by the offensive line and the backs that have been fighting it out all spring did not disappoint. Quarterbacks were making throws too.
Derrick Coleman had two long runs on the evening. The first was when the offense was deep in their own territory and he ripped through for 40-plus yards before Glenn Love pushed him out of bounds.
Richard Brehaut, who also had a great day, hit Kevin McDermott for a 25 yard touchdown pass.
