Carver's Gabriel Wright, one of the top defensive tackles in the country, visited Auburn Wednesday with his mother, nephew and coach.

The visit apparently made a big impression. The Tigers picked up a commitment.

"My mom committed," Wright said. "She committed to Auburn. She's going to be going there in the fall."

The 6-foot-3, 275-pound Wright was joking when he made the comments, but he said it was a good indication of how much his mother liked the visit....
