Auburn has offered just a handful of running backs in the 2011 class.

Manatee's Mike Blakely, 5-foot-9, 195 pounds from Bradenton, Fla., found out recently he's one of them.

Blakely recently spoke with Auburn recruiter Jay Boulware, running backs coach Curtis Luper, offensive coordinator/quarterbacks coach Gus Malzahn and head coach Gene Chizik.
