South Carolina's loss to Mississippi State on Saturday put the Gamecocks in a sticky situation for the SEC tournament. Coupled with Georgia's win over Florida, the Bulldogs and USC were tied for fifth place in the SEC East with 5-9 league records. Because the teams split their season series, the tiebreaker procedure goes to the next criteria -- record against the SEC East.
