Greenwood (S.C.) defensive lineman Kelcy Quarles has been committed to South Carolina for almost a year now, but there is something about Tennessee that Quarles just can't stop thinking about.
"It's just something about Tennessee that you can't get out your mind. It's just crazy, I don't know, it's just something about Tennessee," the 6-foot-4, 250-pound defensive tackle said.
