Patterson likes what he sees on official visit
Dallas Skyline linebacker Domonique Patterson had been on the Texas A&M campus multiple times prior to his official visit this past weekend in College Station. However, Patterson, who has been committed to A&M since the spring, got a unique view into the program during his stay.
The 6-foot, 220-pound Patterson spent much of Friday and Saturday getting to know his future teammates who were already on campus. He had meetings with head coach Mike Sherman and defensive coordinator Joe Kines who encouraged him to continue to play well on the field and remain focused on his academics off of it.
He also had a miniature reunion of sorts with other prospects in the Aggies' class of 2010 such as Cedar Hill running back Ben Malena and defensive end Damontre Moore. Most importantly, Patterson was able to watch the A&M players prepare for their game with Iowa State.
